What is affordable home improvement? A STW program designed to help repair, replace, remodel, alternate, convert, improve, or add to any building designed to be used as a primary resident.
SHARE THE WEALTH – (STW-PHP) is designed to help senior’s citizen rehabilitate and improve their dwelling.
The Affordable Home Improvement Program is for people with financial challenges and unable to complete needed home repairs.
Home owner required criteria:

Our repair team will work diligently alongside homeowners with a focus on repairs that improve quality of life, keeping homes warm, safe, and dry, and allow homeowners to “age in place.”
